Adam is a lawyer and founding director of the legal firm Palisade Corporate Law. He has over 30 years experience in legal practice, much of which he has spent as a corporate lawyer consulting and advising on a range of transactions to a variety of large private and listed public entities. He has advised and guided many companies undertaking IPO, RTO, fundraising and M&A activities in Australia and overseas. As the founder and managing director of Trident Capital Adam has vast experience providing corporate advice to a variety of public and private clients on structuring and capital raising transactions both domestically and internationally. Adam has acted as board chairman of many listed and unlisted public companies and has expertise in a variety of sectors including resources, technology, energy, biotech, agri/aquaculture, industrial, telecommunications and financial services.

Rob is a Geologist with over 35 years of industry experience who provides Trident with geology expertise and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. He has worked across a range of commodities including iron-ore, gold, base-metals, platinum group metals, fluorite, mineral sands and diamonds, in Australia and elsewhere in the world.  Rob is the current CEO of Coziron Resources Limited and a past Director of Striker Resources NL (now North Australian Diamonds) and has previously worked with, and consulted to, a range of companies that include CRA Exploration (now Rio Tinto Ltd), BHP-Billiton Ltd, Gravity Diamonds, Mineral Securities Ltd and Speewah Metals Ltd. Rob is currently a director of several ASX listed public companies.

Brett is an experienced geoscientist, lawyer and corporate executive. He has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of geology from grass roots exploration through to feasibility studies resource estimation and mining operations, across a diverse range of commodities including copper, gold, nickel and iron ore. Brett practiced in the areas of corporate, major projects and mining law, with particular experience in large scale projects and mining infrastructure related contracts primarily within the oil/gas and mining sectors. He has worked for major international law firms and as In-house Legal Counsel for ASX listed companies positions with ASX listed companies. Brett has held a number of roles as a director and consultant to ASX listed companies and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Nicki is an Associate Director of Trident Capital with over 15 years of experience working within the legal and corporate advisory area providing advice in relation to capital raisings, corporate and securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance. Nicki has held a number of company secretarial roles for ASX listed companies. Nicki holds a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from the University of Western Australia.

Simon is a highly driven and dedicated CFO, Company Secretary, and Commercial Manager with extensive experience and key strengths in financial administration and control, boardroom practices, corporate and business strategy, process improvement, and general management.

Alex is a Geologist with 25 years’ experience in the Western Australian resources sector who supervises field programs, undertakes data analysis and works on tenement compliance issues. Alex has previously worked in both production and exploration roles across iron ore, gold, base metals, mineral sands, diamonds and some specialty commodities (vanadium, titanium, fluorite & PGE). He holds a Bachelor of Science with honours from the University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

​Sean advises Trident’s clients at all transaction stages, from pre-IPO structuring through to ongoing post-listing corporate advisory in sectors including resources, technology and biotech. He is experienced in managing seed round, IPO and follow-on capital raisings across both equity and convertible debt instruments and plays an active role in arranging reverse takeovers and advising on mergers & acquisitions.   Prior to joining Trident Capital, Sean worked in the restructuring division of a big four professional services firm and previously worked as an associate advisor for a national stockbroker. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

James has more than 25 years' experience in the stockbroking industry working as a floor trader, retail and corporate broker. During that time, James worked for RM Black Morgan, AC Goode & Co and,, Montagu Stockbrokers and Argonaut Securities as a director and institutional dealer. James has specialised in small to mid cap resource stocks, particularly in the metals and mining and energy sectors and has been responsible for the initial public listing and financing of a number of companies.
